The Australian Olympic Committee has asked Athletics Australia to reach out to our athletes to see if there are any personal partnerships or employment you may have that align with their current partners (or potentially with any new partners they are exploring) - link provided below to current AOC partners.

In the past they have found out very late about athletes that worked for or with their sponsors. In one case the sponsor only found out in the broadcast of the Games and it was a little caught off guard (not mentioning any names😉).

To avoid this happening again and to hopefully create more opportunities for our athletes, we would like to pull together a list of all of your current partners and employers to provide to the AOC.

This is not at all compulsory, however we see benefit in sharing this information if you are comfortable, as it can potentially open up some further opportunities for you.

Additionally, I have also included an expression of interest field within the survey to determine if any of you would see benefit in Athletics Australia providing a personal sponsorship training course in the future. This is something I have spoken about to a few of you, and I am interested to see if we were able to provide this for you how many of you would find it useful.
