Bio

Teacher for over 35 years. Coached many successful school teams aged 12-18 years. My specialization is sprinting but I have experience with jumps and middle distance as well. I've been a competitive Masters athlete for over 15 years with more than 35 National titles from 60m -400m.I love working with children and assisting them to achieve their personal best. Don't ever get the word commitment mixed up with the word routine.
