Athletics involved for the past 45 years as an athlete, spectator and now coach. Still currently competing in Masters competitions.
Currently Level 2 working at Level 3 under tuition of well respected and successful throws coach for 30+ years, Ray Russell (Level 4).
Main age focus is Little Athletics athletes age 10 - 17 and Senior athletes age 18 - 20
