Day 1 - Tuesday - Evening Session

In the evening session of day one, Australian decathletes Ash Moloney and Gary Haasbroek were in a strong position for a podium finish sitting in first and second place.

Kurri Kurri shot putter Aiden Harvey set a massive personal best of 19.85m as he became the number two in Australian junior history.
