2024 PARALYMPIC GAMES
TEAM INFORMATIONThe 2024 Paralympic Games will be held in Paris, France. The dates are 28 August - 8 September 2024 with Athletics taking place from 30 August - 8 September. ATHLETE NOMINATIONAthletes are required to nominate to Athletics Australia in order to be considered by the Selection Panel for the Paris Paralympic Team. Please nominate at the link below. Nomination Window - Closes 5pm on Thursday 4th April 2024 AEDT.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS EXEMPTIONAthletes are required to compete in the Open Para event in which they seek selection at the 2024 Australian Track & Field Championships, with the exception of those athletes whose event is not being conducted. Any athlete wishing to compete; - In an alternate event at this Competition - Able bodied event at this Competition must provide this request in writing via the link below. Exemption Window - Closes 5pm on Wednesday 10th April 2024 AEDT. Any athlete seeking an injury exemption from the event must also submit this request in writing (supported by appropriate documentation from a medical professional) via the link above as early as reasonably practicable, including the following details; - The competition in which you are seeking an exemption for, - The event in which you are seeking an exemption for; and - The reason for which you are seeking an exemption.
