Classification for Transplant Recipient Athletes

Transplant Athletes (Sport Classes TF60)
Athletes who have received a transplant (solid organ or bone marrow recipients), and wish to be classified as a transplant athlete must apply through Transplant Australia.
STAGE 1 - NEW ATHLETES
Any new athletes wishing to compete in multi-class athletics under a Transplant Australia Classification must first complete a Transplant Australia Classification Form. This form is to be complete by the athlete and their transplant specialist. Please use the link below to download and complete the Transplant Classification Application form and for information on who is eligible to compete under a transplant classification

To finalise your classification application, all forms must be submitted to Transplant Australia for processing, please submit your forms to sports@transplant.org.au.
