The above races will be at Open level only. The Open 100m and 400m will be held in Brisbane at the Open Champiopnships.

The Under 15, U17 and U20 Championships will be held with their respective Championships in Brisbane.

Athletes that have entered the Summer Down Under in the 200m, 800m, 1500m and 5000m will be automatically entered in the National Championship (There is no direct entry via Athletics Australia). The National Championships will be held as timed finals with medals being awarded via the AA baseline tables.
