Broadcast Schedule - local time
The 2025 Australian Athletics Championships will be broadcast for 8-hours per day on 7Plus. The broadcast window is selected to include the maximum number of finals, and will be as per the schedule below. Due to the complexities of a large 9-day championship with thousands of athletes in action and multiple events in progress at any one time, not every event will be broadcast – the best way to watch is always by attending and watching live at the stadium. However, we encourage you to also download the Roster Athletics App on the app store of your choice, where live results will be posted including round by round field event trials.

- Men's Under 13 90m Hurdles (final at heat time on 7 April)
These are shown in the PDF timetable with a strikeout.
- Due to the very high entry number, it has been necessary to add an additional round for the Men’s Under 18 200 metres. This is the only case where an event has changed days.
- 1st Round – Friday 4 April 6.05pm (this round will be the one deleted if confirmations drop below 28).
- Semi Finals – Saturday 5 April 11.45am.
- Final– Saturday 5 April 3.45pm.
Note that it was determined to conduct the extra round on the preceding evening in order to avoid athletes have to run three rounds in a single day.
- Changes in Event Times
- Where an event has changed time, this is shown in the PDF timetable in bold type.
- Apart from the Under 18 Men’s 200m, the only event when there is a major change in timing is the Men's Under 14 Javelin which will now be held at the beginning of Day 2 (at 9.00am) rather than then end.
See Roster Athletics for always up to date timetable and the entries and results.
