The Diversity and Inclusion Manager is responsible for the coordination of the Athletics for the Outback Program (including the delivery of the Raise the Bar program); the coordination of para-athlete classification; the implementation of the Athletics Inclusion Framework; and AA’s participation in initiatives such as the Pride in Sport Index.

Position Description

Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement Manager

The Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement (AW&E) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of Athletics Australia’s AW&E framework.

The purpose of the AW&E framework is to establish a structured and professional case management plan that improves an athletes’ ability to effectively navigate the critical transition points throughout and beyond their sporting career.
